While getting a subpoena does not necessarily mean you are a target of an investigation, it certainly does not EXCLUDE you from being a target.

Best example in the news is our former President Trump. He is under investigation for tax issues and they have issued subpoenas of his tax records for proof. He fighting the subpoenas, which is his right to do.

SEC and DOJ want CYDY records because they are under investigation about claims made regarding LL. The records are being subpoenaed to find out what the company knew and when they knew it, to see how that matches up with public statements and insider sale of stock and if NP mislead investors.( 10- K for information).

I personally believe Noddor is in deep trouble for his misleading statements in forums to which “ safe harbor” provisions of forward looking statements do not apply.
