Trader, with all due respect, and I am not trying to be a dick...why would you call him an awesome patent lawyer? He stated he is no longer practicing AND, everything he has predicted has been wrong. He said it was highly unlikely that the motion to dismiss would be granted. WRONG!
He then said that the motion for the extension would be granted. Wrong again.
Are you saying he's awesome because he is telling you what you want to hear?
Lucy, on the other hand, has kept an open mind. She has been stating FACTS of how the process for patent litigation should work. When they do something right, she is saying so. When they do it wrong, she is pointing it out and giving legal terms to back it up.
