Of course they intend to license it, but their claim is that the infringers refuse to license their legally patent protected technology. That is what this whole lawsuit is about.
What I was asserting is that many people are saying that they should "produce" something physical and sell that. This model simply isn't feasible. It is code, not really a physical product.
Right now what they claim to have invented is being used in several companies' products without any consideration being paid to them, and they are being told by these infringers to pound sand. What else would you have them do?
