I agree with this post as it points out the value of the drug. I don’t really think bankruptcy is an option because of what you state. Gilead would love to have this drug in their inventory and don’t be surprised ifKelly cuts a deal with them and dismiss NP at the same time, solving the problem of cash and leadership at the same time.
