Yes, all of that plus also Phillip Morris sent the Judge proof that since HCMC price went up 50 times their executives have been selling billions of shares making profit and Phillip Morris told the judge there could be manipulation involved and that the SEC should be made aware of this.
Also on HCMC’s website on July 27th HCMC themselves posted on their own website saying “motion will be file by deadline” and then they go asking for an extension so Phillip Morris asked the judge to hold HCMC accountable for what they posted on their website.
More and more I start to feel that either HCMC executives are not following their lawyers advice or the lawyers themselves are doing rookie mistakes. Making a point you are going to do something and do it publicly and then 24 hrs later go ask for an extension is shooting yourself on the foot.
