This is not about the CYDY. 13D is not going after LL or patents. The are going after in impotent BOD and a failed CEO. This lawsuit is NOT about best interest of shareholders but the best interests of Noddor and his cash cow.

There has still never been a case to retain NP articulated, other than he is “already in place”… quite the resume.

On the other hand, the case FOR DISMISSAL is long and replete with legendary failures. I mean what CEO has been called out by the FDA in a VERY PUBLIC BOMBSHELL REBUKE?… legendary or nefarious.

That shareholders will be forced to pay MILLIONS to retain this clown is another reason that 100% validates my decision to largely exit a company on the edge of disaster.

This will go down as another Noddor colossal blunder in the CYDY post BK “ after action report”.
