Lol if his job was to protect shareholders it would start with the following: salary slashed to $100k max until approval, removal of all stock awards/grants etc until approval, hiv bla submitted 2-3 years ago when it was supposed to be and generating revenue. This will do nothing but cost money, drag down Cytodyn, and bankrupt an already inept company. The point that they fear the 13-d so much to file this lawsuit shows their true hand. Nader knows he and kelly will fry if the vote happens.
