These include two of the Company’s former directors: former Chief Medical Officer Richard G. Pestell, who was fired for cause, which automatically resulted in his removal from the CytoDyn Board (he then commenced litigation against the Company),

This is rich! Nader is playing with fire and opening himself up to a slander and libel suit! It doesn’t take a Harvard-trained attorney to know that stating an known lie! An arbitrator just ruled that Pestell was NOT fired for cause and was awarded $7M and shares.

This is a comical effort to avoid responsibility. Nader will soon learn that discovery swings both ways. Nader’s MO is to smear someone as a preemptive move to ensure his narrative sets the tone! It ALWAYS ends badly!

Why would anyone who’s confident they are doing a good job and have shareholder support waste on nickel on litigation when the company they’re running is essentially broke! Hmmmm- sounds like a sound executive move!

This won’t help! Bankruptcy is imminent. Share price plummeting! The dream will soon be a nightmare
