Joe's been pretty good about replying to text or answering the phone. Recently, I've requested for the company to update shareholders about the status of the IND application but have received no reply. Previously, Joe eluded to delays from the SEC for both the IND application and NGIO up-listing to the NASDAQ. It certainly would be nice for the company to come out with an official update. GLTA
