There has to be. Here's why: The LEI or Legal Entity Identifier contains information about an (please note) ENTITY'S OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE. And since since you are 1000% sure that the ownership of the entity and it's structure was not sold; (just the assets right??) it has to mean that on 07-20-2020 someone involved with the ENTITY"S OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE updated the LEI. We know it's not PwC... or at least it dam well better not be. We know it's no one involved in the APA because the OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTITY was not involved. So you tell me: who updated the status of the LEI on 07-20-2020?
