I remember when investors were excited when the last company lawyer came on board. They touted her profile, history, etc., and how she’s change things. Well, she’s gone and now investors are touting Sidley Austin. Sounds like the time NP pumped Mahboob and then he randomly left.

The proxy is not gone by any means and the vote will take place in October.
