I do that only because of the debate for years that it was a debt instrument

Now - with a need to build up capital
Now - with a possibility to negotiate much of that obligation

I would not be in a hurry to buy any back at full face or LT value

My opinion

(yes it has a 10% cost but at the moment - F and F are not shipping over that cash as I understand)
