What a terrible performance. Love the company, love the tech, love the litigation situation. This company needs a different spokesperson. Chuck was ill-prepared to present today. I can allow for some hesitation to ensure not disclosing company intellectual information, however, Chuck’s stumbling through the dialog was awful. The same information, presented with certainty and clarity could have put the shareprice right back where it belongs. What we saw was a guy who is supposed to be at the top of his game, lurching through half-thoughts and looking to everyone as if he didn’t think that what he was saying was going to be believed anyway.
