So the BK says that with a $139mm deficit sitting on the FDIC books it's doubtful we will receive anything in the future.... ok but GEE HOW did we squeeze a nickel out of the FDIC receivership earlier? Miracle, right!? Owing hundreds of millions but somehow they cut UWBKQ multiple checks requiring us to file income taxes for multiple years? Right.....talk about a remote chance....
