The proxy vote will still take place. CYDY’s poor history of litigation and SEC related matters proves that the PR and 8k today were a monumental waste of shareholder money and will accomplish nothing. The courts will side with the proxy vote and force CYDY to allow the vote to take place on October 28th, 2021. Nothing had changed.
