Gee...I wonder if it's because it just got posted on the CYDY website this morning and maybe....just maybe they're waiting until after the close or prior to the opening tomorrow morning. Yeah, so nefarious...

It's not like the SEC filing of the 13D train wreck because they've obviously been working on that one for a while and obviously wasn't submitted the day they found out.

This must be nerve-racking for the shorts to have to wait another whole day for more good news to drop.

Such important news about Phase 3 trial being approved and yet no 8K.
