The PPS is what matters in the end. There comes a point when accumulation will reach its peak, and if the company doesn't execute, this stock is destined for sub-penny land. I think today there is a fair chance that BIGN gets below .01 in a long time, especially if we have a few 1/2 million dumps. There weren't bids sub-penny in the last two dips, but now there are MMs that want to bring it down to .009 and .005 on the bids.
I would remind people that if they finally execute the LOI, this stock can jump from .008 to .05 in a blink of an eye. Just look at its history.
For the record, there has not been one execution YET at one penny.
