I want to see derivative claims challenging the C-ship from inception go to trial. After all, SCOTUS spells it out that the GSE's were seized to rescue the financial system and FnF were merely the vehicles used to navigate that terrain. Injury beggining with the NWS is a JPS arguement. I am happy to see direct claims denied. That's as it should be IMO.
