We all know Fairholmes has been fighting for missed dividends. I was surprised that their discovery documents included RFP #s 10, 11 & 21. To me, it appears they could be ready to attack the entire conservatorship. They were supposed to file their briefs at USCOFC yesterday. Haven't seen a copy yet.
