there is that too to say nothing of what has been successfully deployed in Euro land ..
but what really has NR (non retail) *perturbed* is 11 years of an effort of relentless PPS compression
on PTOI (stock) that A) hasn't gotten actual investors to sell
(remember 478 investors of which the .. cough cough .. DTC is 1
with 87M *shares* out of 90/93M) and B) hasn't killed off P2O (company) ..
even tho' NR has successfully strangled P2O's access to capital .. NR knows as well as many here .. ;) ..
P2O (company) has options .. which is why I'd expect additional whiplash on the PPS with RH unveiling
additional aspects .. as was so evident with today's *update*

curious to see how today's efforts are marked because yet again
P2O investor's AON's were *filled* via decoy's UC ask for 50k/57k~ .. NRs' sleight of hand re: OTC targets
is second to none .. but P2O's first sale (deposit conveyed) will prove revealing *imo* if first sale is for more than 1-2 processors ..

btw one reason NR remains a constant presence 11 years on with most of the last 6 years of PTOI having a 6c PPS (or lower) .. ;)

is the Issued/Outstanding .. one of the reasons NR brutalized PTOI
after RH's initial $ infusion of 2M$ (9.30.13) was to create a stranglehold on the company accessing capital
