double edged sword. If a stock is not current by broker's date, will be nice cheapies to be had. The real date to look at is by end of september, they need to be current at that date.. People with tda and schwab won't be able to buy in mid august, so most likely people will panic sell cheapies while other traders who can still buy through other brokers will pick up the shares.
