So, apparently they have already issued just under 1 bill shares since June 4th... (date of this offering initiated).. and if they issue all 10B shares there will be 11.5B OS... so I guess until they increase the AS we know they arent going to fill all this Offering.. This is going to get real ugly if they issue all 11.5B... HMMMMM... I admit I didnt see the 10 B... i did think there was maybe soem minimal dilution... I guess time will tell!!
