OK, so this private placement of shares has an exercise price of .24 and .275 for the warrants, and they have up to 5 years to do it. Why are we sitting at .205 when they haven't even sold one share yet and can't until the price gets to .24. This was a great deal for NHHHF and share holders. Companies do need money to operate until they make a profit. The potential here is awesome. I bought SOLO at .9 and today it's 3.5. NHHHF can do the same. Load up at these prices while you can!
