Large I have a Business E.I.N. And the Number is in the form of my Social Security Number it is not my Social Security Number. But Here is an Example. 123-45-6789. I have not used it but file every year to keep the Business Live and file State Sales Tax Once a Year due March 20. Individual Sole Proprietor. But definitely what you posted is correct also.
