AYSI - thanks, much appreciated. Has anyone here ever pursued appraisal rights in Delaware? From what I’ve read it can be a long process (up to 2-3 years) before a judgement is made and somewhat costly. I’m curious as to the amount of the cost and the time involvement needed to pursue this avenue. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
