The real DD shows that the OTC Markets still has NPHC as a Stock Promotion - I just checked.

It has NPHC as a delinquent filer - Caveat Emptor - Stock Promotion and it isn't being quoted.

I guess Deitsch hasn't been working his ass off as you stated because the Stock Promotion is still on NPHC.
