Thats right "Broke" is the key word, should show everyone they are not "Broke" and doing positive things for us investors. WHoooot Go hpil just had another one of my stocks go back to pink status and oddly enough its PHIL, they filed quite awhile ago, shouldn't be too much longer on this one IMO
