JPS interests R trying to pull a fast one with that optional request for Senior Conversion to Commons which would be another Taking to be reckoned with and a total non starter for da Gooberment unless da dizzy azzed legislature actually reached da conclusion dat permanent nationalization was da desired reform. Regardless, it's not da Courts job to read da Tea Leaves of da legislatures desire or make dat decision for them.
