1. This comment has nothing to do with DarkPulse. I see the same question over and over so will address it. RS are mostly done by companies with a SP below .008. The reason is in order to clear stocks at that price a cash deposit is required by the clearinghouse.

2.When a company’s stock is below .008 it is nearly impossible to raise capital so they go to the RS which IMO destroys shareholders. This understandably causes bad sentiment and a second SP drop. Coupled with not having an actual business or real strategy leads death spiral
