"Delisted: bioaq" - Anyone can answer the question, seeing as Iron Buzzard can not. Bioamber's name was sold to LCYB in the court proceedings along with pretty much everything else of value.
There is a court document factually showing the directors of the company were relieved of their positions, PWC was in control.
PWC was discharged, so, who is at the former company that would have the legal authority to sign anything at all, for anything further to happen?
