I think you’re right. And honestly, look at the dates it happened. It happened immediately after they took their GME beating. Then GME dove as the OTC skyrocketed. They pump the OTC run, then people start getting in and they crash the otc stealing money ever since to make up for what they lost in GME. Make sense? Look at the charts.
