The mRNA vaccines are designed to crank out this S-1 protein (a toxin) in much larger amounts and for much longer duration than mere exposure to a Covid 19 viral infection.

Also, it appears that the virus and corresponding vaccine have been in the works for some years prior to the appearance of Covid 19 (and with patents dating back many years), and with US involvement (see 1st link above). So unfortunately, credible evidence for the 'deliberate' nature of this Covid pandemic is piling up.

You mentioned you received the J+J vaccine, which uses a different mechanism. Instead of mRNA, it is a DNA type vaccine that uses a viral vector, a human adenovirus, to deliver the DNA into the cell. DNA type vaccines enter the nucleus of your cells and alter your own genetic make up, unlike mRNA vaccines which (supposedly) only act in the cytoplasm and do not enter the nucleus. If permanently altering your genetic make up isn't bad enough, there are numerous other problems with viral vector vaccines (see next post).
