Because every single person in this space understands that current SOC is a downward descending line into oblivion. Doing better than that leaves tons of room to still lack improvement which is what anavex does and even admits in multiple PRs. I think its also easy to understand that if me or you take a test today and get a score and 4 weeks later we take the test again and the score is better and then 5 months after that its even better than that and then 3 months after that its even better that the result would be a far superior drug. So far that appears to be what we are seeing. Pretty simple IMO.

Now this is a possible explanation of why the anavex peer review scoring groups continue to fall the further along the time line it goes as posted by you. It's extremely recent research completed by a group of Harvard doctors. It shows the concern that a sigmar-1 stimulating drug could conceivable pump gasoline on the increased plaque load in AD patients and they are seeking a drug that would inhibit the sigma-1 response as a therapeutic for AD patients. Some may have not read.
