So because a company running a trial isn't taking advantage of individual patients still on a drug that means the results reported to the fda aren't real? Actual FDA reported data doesn't matter? Do you think the FDA would smile upon videos of patients still under trial? My guess is no. IMO those years old anavex videos have created an enormous amount of confirmation bias. So much that they can't even come to grips with their own data that really don't back up.
Maybe if anavex had required PET scans and had more than 2 patients improve, I would take with more than a grain of salt. Synaptogenix has similar videos of several patients and has it peer reviewed and reported to the FDA but anecdotal evidence doesn't lead to approvals and can potentially lead to larger placebo effects. None are slam dunks of course
