hey Gorb...glad I recieved my DVD, it came from the Skiershop. And yes you can post this on the SMMW board if you would like.

I am thinking Dan will get the RESTRICTED SMMW shares and the cash PLUS interest, that N'east owes us for the 51%. I just hope that we do NOT get more garbage restricted shares of that POS PDVP. Because that is a stock, that Jim will continue to DUMP into. Lets face it the 525m a/s WILL be used IMO. If it were not, Jim SHOULD have reduced it, but that does NOT apppear to be the case.

As far as SMMW goes, I expect something ANY DAY coming up. Dan and Bobbie both get back to Stowe tomorrow per the person at the SkierShop, so that is great.

Lets hope we hear something about this and the TV Station. We know it is sold, per Nate. But how much did we get? And how much Cash will we get for N'East? We know that Jim owes Dan something, for funding his Mag.

The upcoming weeks will be interesting. And folks are talking about Dan should PR this and that. Lets face it, we are a Pinkie, and the CEO does NOT have PR anything, unless he just wants too. IMO, we COULD own Skiershop, just because he did NOT PR it, it does NOT matter?? We have seen with the CO Stations, that it does NOT matter when/if Dan ever PRs it.

As far as the oc-48? You have anything new on that? IMO, we are going after a NEW one. Just not sure which one Dan will choose. I just hope he does NOT put out an LOI. I want a PR that says WE KNOW OWN xyz Company. NOT another worthless LOI, that he is very famous for.

As far as the PDVP and SMMW, I hope that Dan ONLY gives us shares of SMMW from that N'East Deal. Dan could either RETIRE those, and the shares from the Stockli Deal? That is another one?? How much cash/SMMW stock, did we get from that deal? IMO, Dan is sitting on some cash, either to use for himself for some future investment, OR for the company, just to work with??

I would love for Dan also to give us a divy of SMMW? That would be cool also, IF he did not want to retire all the shares. I would not mind a few SMMW Restricted Shares? At this point it is ALL specualation. I would love to hear your thougths? Thanks for some info...RJ
