I didn't know about that deal. That in itself should be the spark.
The ONLY thing, imo, that would take the punch bowl away would be the Fed signalizing a rise in interest rates. Even that that shouldn't affect home sales much, institutions would panic.

My plays are LEN, PHM, and TMHC. If U owned only those three and were looking to add one more, which one do U think you'd choose. TIA.
