i agree that it is no vote of confidence that PACCE failed to meet the RR endpoint. but wouldnt you say it is too early to conclude failure of the whole trial? The DMC is recommending continuation of the trial and amgn stated they will disclose preliminary PFS #s at conferences in the 2H of 2007 (ASCO?). besides, PFS is the primary endpoint of the study. just playing devil's advocate.
