Since nobody has posted in the LGI Homes board for a while, thought I'd say a few words by way of an update.

LGI is having a good 2021.

1. In March of 2021, The Motley Fool listed then as one of the best housing stocks.

2. Their housing projects are all over the US, so they're not subject to regional fluctuations.

3. Their starter home models appeal to millenials, which increasingly have buying power these days.

4. Earnings are expected to triple in 2022, according to Vickers reearch.
