The only question that matters here is: to what extent will UPIN need to rely on / choose to use dilution in the future? The answer to that question is not really clear at all.


Not sure how long you have been watching UPIN but they have never diluted a single share for years with one exception which was a deal with Asher which former management did and they had legally to comply and give them a a few shares like 18 months ago or so. And they just lowered the A/S to 25 million shares you know that right? This is not your typical penny stock dilution machine, never been.

The market cap is a joke but we all know in the OTC a lot of things are possible in the very short term.
