Since Zach is the only full time employee at VNUE (Zach) and part-timers per the S-1, until money comes in it is hard to get very excited about the prospect that much is happening. It's pretty clear Zach is tied up with restaurants and playing his own gigs, so is more in a delegatory position, so would be great to know that there is money now available so that he can delegate.

Now that the S-1 is effective and the price has been set it would seem that GHS can lend the money for the first tranch.

But, have they? How much?
