My sentiments also, with one caveat. There has been some great opportunities to bank on the ticker. But only as a substitute for Poker Night.
I feel that in the end, he'll probably do what your described, as a final clean-up to make it palatable to a new owner.
No bets on the quality of that R/M though???

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
