Still mixing apples and oranges.

The vax mandates were Constitutional because the underlying illnesses were lethal to children. In the case of Covid, there is more than a 99.8% survivability rate for children.

Big, big, difference. Survivability rate is the Constitutioanl "measure" for determining to allow or disallow a mandated vaccine.
