The OPTION to raise AS and effect an RS in the future is merely to give management the ADVANTAGES of FLEXIBILITY operation company grows and develops over time. Keep in mind a development that is taking its time to reach its final destination. At this point I don't think they need to have an effect R/S hanging over our head. This is the main point of the treaty, and its a major concerning for me and I think for most serious investor looking to park money here. We need to put pressure tell them to cancle the R/S right away. If revenues increased and PPS increased then at anytime they can announce the r/s to move us on bigger exchange. Right now at this very moment they MUST CANCLE THE R/S. I'm willing to bet if they do that the share price will immediately increasing 100% to 300%.
