A 700,000 fine is peanuts to them they probably made 10s of millions by violating the very thing they were fined for and laughing at the SEC all the way to the bank. This is why all the rule changes as of late no impact on the illegal practices on AMC fines too small and more importantly nobody goes to jail. The squeeze should be happening in the next two weeks IMHO shit loads of FTDs coming due slow walking themselves to the firing squad.......
