companies can fail due to all sorts of reasons. One possibility is scam, lack of viability is another. If a company fails on the OTC investors will always call it a scam. So I don’t believe 90% of stocks on the OTC are scams. Just a bunch of impatient thin skinned investors with a small vocabulary.
