In that line of thinking anyone know what Delta 8 THC is? Basically it's called weed lite because it has the effect of regular stuff just not as intense. Well the 2018 farm bill requires delta 9 thc to be lower that a very small percentage to be considered legal. The producers of this new delta 8 that are selling like crazy in CBD stores smoke shops and such are stripping one piece of the molecular structure of delta-9 with strong acids add such to make it delta8 there for legal. A few states are going after this legal thing but it is burning up right now. Anyways the delta 9 used that's being converted to the delta 8 is by law supposed to come from hemp plants which many know produce very low levels of delta 9. So massive amounts of hemp is now being used for Delta 8 instead of just regular other cbd stuff. Something to consider if you think this company is for real with the marijuana stuff.
