I don't believe the Warrants hold water either. Regardless, the Gooberment has so many lawsuits over the FnF Conservatorship that going about settling one without settling all of them makes no sense either and getting everyone on the same page would likely prove more difficult than defending against them until they win or lose. Gooberment past the point of no return on their chosen path long ago.
