This is one of the funniest stocks. There is all this speculation around this law suit and I’m not clear as to why. If you want to know if HCMC will win this patent law suit here is what you do, and is what I did. Go buy a Phillip Morris Iqos device. Then take it apart and look at the HCMC patent. It does not take an engineer to see it’s the exact same thing. It’s almost as if the project manager at PM went over to HCMC head quarters and just yanked it off their computer.

I understand why PM at Phillip Morris thought they could get away with it. I mean who would think a health food company would use a patent for a smoking device lol. Really pretty ironic when you think about it. So if you halve even a half a brain just do what I did and look at the design and the product yourself. That reassured me enough to kick myself in the ass and then buy back in after I lost money already, and bailed on it.

Just my .008 cents worth haha. So I’ll continue to buy because unless the judge has been paid by Phillip Morris there is no way they can win this. I mean the thing is exactly what HCMC patented. Not sure why people bailed anyways just because Phillip Morris filed a motion To dismiss? That’s prettty standard for any company to do in this situation.
