I was convinced that we would receive a mixture of cash and shares, but it is fine if we only receive cash, so that we can reinvest this money in a product that is understandable and clear to a creditor.
The new reorganized WMIH/C. is for me very obfuscated and they do not want free shareholders, they just want to be among themselves.
