As far as doing the paperwork. We know for a fact that they are working on it.
It reminds me of my real estate days. Investors or developers use to look at the site maps for where a freeway was being built to. They didn't buy land where the freeway was built already. They bought land miles out to where the freeway was to be built. Some investors or developers would wait and buy land on the already constructed freeway, but they bought at much higher prices.
That is where we are at now. Buy before they become current or chase it when they are a fully reporting company. Or do both. But when the freeway is built, who cares if you bought at .0003, .0004 or .0005.
